- Have had their backgrounds, references, and credentials examined and found to be satisfactory
Employment Requirements
Our requirements for employment ensure:
- Criminal history checks for all employees
- Copies of college degrees on file
- Copies of any credentials, licences, or certifications on file
- At least two professional references
- State elder/child abuse registry checks
- Drug screening
- Annual TB skin testing
- OSHA training on:

- Hepatitis B
- HIV
- Transmission based precautions
- Exposure to bloodborne disease
