• Have the necessary experience to meet the needs of our clients
• Have received all the proper credentials and licences in order to begin working with our clients as soon as possible
• Have had their backgrounds, references, and credentials examined and found to be satisfactory

Employment Requirements

Our requirements for employment ensure:

• Criminal history checks for all employees
• Copies of college degrees on file
• Copies of any credentials, licences, or certifications on file
• At least two professional references
• State elder/child abuse registry checks
• Drug screening
• Annual TB skin testing
• OSHA training on:

  • Hepatitis B
  • HIV
  • Transmission based precautions
  • Exposure to bloodborne disease
  • Fire safety
• Clinical skills inventory
